I've read the user guide and found out that you have the possibility to save the files as CMS format, with the CMS-DH tool used for playback. You have the proper procedure listed below.
The problem is that the software supports and was designed for Windows XP SP1. If you have upgraded to Windows Vista, 7 or 8, it is most likely possible that you will encounter errors. With this said, you can see in the below image a sample of the application running in an unsupported operating system. It works flawlessly.

In the "Host address" field, you should enter your old address, which is "towoodworking.digimerge.net".
